Want a better way to enjoy your coffee in the morning? Try these 2 Fall Adaptogen Lattes

If you're like us, the transition to fall invokes an uncontrollable response to immediately drive to the nearest cafe for a Pumpkin Spice Latte. We love to indulge in an occasional sugar-filled beverage but on the day-to-day, we like to be a little more health-conscious about our morning caffeine. That’s why today we’re sharing our favorite fall adaptogen latte!

Haven’t heard of an adaptogen latte? Neither had we until recently. Simply put, adaptogens are non-toxic plants that help the body resist stressors of all kinds, whether physical, chemical, or biological. Research shows adaptogens can combat fatigue, enhance mental performance, ease depression and anxiety, and help you thrive rather than just muddle through. What more could you ask for first thing in the morning? Trust us, you have to try this fall drink!
