At Dorai Home, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we offer a comprehensive warranty program to ensure you’re covered. Here’s how our warranty works:
Free Replacements
We’ve got you covered. If your product cracks, bows, warps, or develops moldwithin 1 year of purchase, we’ll replace it free of charge — shipping included.
Discounted Replacements
If your product cracks, bows, warps, or develops mold between 1 year and 18 months after purchase, you can receive a replacement at half price.
If your product cracks, bows, warps, or develops mold after 18 months, you’re still eligible for a replacement at 20% off the full price.
Staining
Please note that due to the naturally porous composition of this product, staining and discoloration are not covered under our warranty. Porous materials are inherently susceptible to absorbing liquids, pigments, and other substances, and while preventative care can help, staining cannot be guaranteed against. Similar to white carpet, rugs, and traditional bath mats, staining is considered normal wear and is not a warrantable defect.
If staining occurs, we recommend following our cleaning instructions, which are designed to address most common issues. If you have completed the recommended cleaning process and need additional assistance, our customer service team is happy to help guide you through further solutions.
As with any product, regular care and maintenance are essential to preserving appearance and performance over time.
