Free Product Replacements
If your product becomes bowed or warped, we will provide a free replacement within 1 year of your purchase date.
Within 90 Days of Purchase: If your product shows signs of cracks or molds within the first 90 days, you are eligible for a free replacement.
Between 91 Days and 1 Year of Purchase: Should your product develop cracks or molds during this period, we will replace it for free. However, please note that shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
Discounted Replacement Options
50% Off Full-Price Replacement: If your product exhibits cracks or molds after 1 year but within 18 months of purchase, you are eligible for a 50% discount on a full-price replacement.
20% Off Full-Price Replacement: If your product develops cracks or molds after 18 months, you can still receive a replacement at a 20% discount on the full price.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
If you need to make a warranty claim, we’re here to help! Simply email our customer support team at warranty@doraihome.com. Please include your order number or proof of purchase along with clear photos of the affected product. Our team will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
