We're sorry to hear it didn't work out. If you're not happy with your Dorai purchase, you can easily make a return or exchange. Make sure you have your order number on hand and you’re ready to get started.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

If you don’t love the item you ordered, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly at Dorai Home within 60 calendar days from the date received. Items must be unused/brand new condition and in the original packaging. Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items marked as final sale, warehouse sale purchases, or gift cards, are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

FAQs & Support

A refund will be issued once we have received and inspected your returned item(s). Return processing typically takes 5-7 business days after the package is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. 

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used in the original transaction. 

Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Any items that are damaged or have been used are not eligible for a refund.

Yes. Returns of gifted products will be refunded in the form of store credit for the purchased amount. 

Yes. If a product is purchased in a bundle and only 1 product from the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void.
