You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and have the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Your item needs to have the confirmation email or proof of purchase for a full refund. Please send your item in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Start your online return or exchange and print your return label. To locate your order number, sign in to your account, or reference your confirmation email.
If your item does not meet the criteria outlined above, you may still be eligible for store credit. If you’ve had your item for more than 60 days, and it’s UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it (no dents, marks or damages). If you do not have the original packaging, you are responsible to repackage your item to ensure it arrives safely without being damaged in transit. Your item is not eligible for a refund if:
- It’s over 60 days from the date you received it.
- Does not have the original packaging.
- It’s visibly used: damaged, stained, scuffed, chipped, dented, etc.
- You don’t have any proof of purchase: confirmation email, credit card charge.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you are not eligible for a refund but are eligible for store credit we will email you with a code valid towards the amount paid for your item.
