We offer free returns when you opt for Dorai Free Returns + Package Protection program at checkout. For orders that don’t include Dorai Package Protection & Free Returns, we’ll deduct the shipping cost from your refund. 
Want to exchange for something different? Exchanges are on us.
Note: Some items, like final sale items, warehouse sale purchases, and gift cards, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Want peace of mind? Add Dorai Package Protection to your order at checkout for a small fee. This includes:

  • Free returns: Send back unused items in their original packaging free of charge.
  • Damage and loss coverage: We'll replace damaged or lost packages.

Need to return something? You have 30 days from when you received it to send it back. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and have the original packaging. A refund will be issued once we have received and inspected your returned item(s). Return processing typically takes 5-7 business days after the package is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. 

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used in the original transaction. 

Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Any items that are damaged or have been used are not eligible for a refund.

Yes. If a product is purchased in a bundle and only 1 product from the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void.

We know how frustrating that is! Don't fret, we'll get you a replacement ASAP. Here are the easy steps:

  1. Refuse it (if possible): If it arrives damaged and you can refuse the package, go for it.
  2. Take photos: If it gets delivered and is damaged, grab some photos of the box and the product.
  3. File a claim: Head to the Dorai Package Protection portal and follow the "Item was damaged" option to submit a claim.

We'll take care of the rest and get you a new one on its way!
