Shipping & Returns Policy


You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Given that we are a small startup with limited inventory, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and have the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. This enables us to inspect it and resell it, which is not possible with used products. You'll need to have the Order Number or proof of purchase for a full refund. Please send your item in the original packaging. As we offer free shipping out to customers and the products themselves are quite heavy, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item at this time. Our hope is to change this in the future as we grow. 

To locate your order number reference your confirmation email. Once you confirm your mailing address we will issue the return label and send it via email. Please allow up to 21 days after we receive the product for us to issue the refund given an increase in order volume over the holiday season.

Store Credit

If your item does not meet the criteria outlined above, you may still be eligible for store credit. If you’ve had your item for more than 60 days, and it’s UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it (no dents, marks or damages). If you do not have the original packaging, you are responsible to repackage your item to ensure it arrives safely without being damaged in transit. Your item needs to have the confirmation email or proof of purchase for a store credit.  If your item is eligible for a store credit, please email us to start refund process:



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow for up to 21 days to issue a refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you are not eligible for a refund but are eligible for store credit we will email you with a code valid towards the amount paid for your item.

We are currently only ship within the United States. We offer free shipping on all orders within the Contiguous United States. We recently started shipping to Alaska, but the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer and calculated at the time of checkout. We plan to open up shipping to Canada in 2023, thanks for your patience!

What if my products arrived damaged?

We're sorry to hear this, this is upsetting to us too! Don't worry, we'll get you fresh new products ASAP, we just need a little info:

  1. You can refuse the order (if possible) due to damages.
  2. If the order arrives and is damaged, please take photos of the external shipping packaging and your product. 
  3. Please go to our shipping insurance portal and follow the prompts to "Item was damaged" to submit a claim.

I haven't received my order or package.

  1. Please check your inbox for the shipping confirmation, which will include a tracking number.
  2. If you purchased Order Protection for your order, please visit the following link to submit a lost package claim.
