Returns

Need to return something? You have 30 days from when you received it to send it back. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and have the original packaging. 

Want free return shipping? Opt for Dorai Package Protection & Free Returns program at checkout. For orders that don’t include Dorai Package Protection & Free Returns, we’ll deduct the shipping cost from your refund. 

Ready to return? Visit our return portal and follow the simple steps. To locate your order number, reference your confirmation email.

Store Credit

What if my item doesn't meet those requirements? Don't worry! If your unused item is still in its original packaging but past the 30-day mark, we might still be able to offer you store credit. Just send an email to info@doraihome.com, and we'll be happy to help you out!

 

Holiday Return Window Extension

Enjoy extended returns! Orders received between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for returns through Feb 5 of the next year.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll take a look to make sure everything’s in good shape (unused and such). You’ll get a notification letting you know it’s arrived. It might take up to a week to process your returned item after we receive it – things get a little busy in our warehouse. If your returned item gets approved, we’ll refund your original payment method (such as your credit card). Depending on your credit card issuer, it might take a few days to show up. 

Not eligible for a refund but still got store credit? We’ll send you an email with a code worth the amount you paid for the item. You’ll have one year from the time the credit is issued to use it.

Shipping

We ship to the US and Canada. We offer free shipping within the Contiguous US. Shipping to Alaska is available, with costs calculated at checkout. Most orders are processed and shipped out of our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders within the Contiguous US usually take between 2-7 business days to deliver once they leave our warehouse. 

Shipping to Canada is also available with calculated shipping costs.

2nd Day Air Shipping Info:

Orders placed by 2 PM MT will arrive in two business days. Orders submitted after 2 PM, on weekends, or during holidays will be shipped the next business day. While we do our best to get everything out on time, keep in mind that occasional carrier delays can happen.

What if my products arrived damaged?

We know how frustrating that is! Don't fret, we'll get you a replacement ASAP. Here are the easy steps:

  1. Refuse it (if possible): If it arrives damaged and you can refuse the package, go for it.
  2. Take photos: If it gets delivered and is damaged, grab some photos of the box and the product.
  3. File a claim: Head to the Dorai Package Protection portal and follow the "Item was damaged" option to submit a claim.

We'll take care of the rest and get you a new one on its way!

 

What if my package hasn’t arrived?

Don't stress! Here's what you can do:

  1. Check your inbox: We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  2. Make a claim: Head to our portal to submit a lost package claim.
