Shipping to Alaska is available, with costs calculated at checkout.

Most orders are processed and shipped out of our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders within the Contiguous US usually take between 2-7 business days to deliver once they leave our warehouse.

Shipping to Canada is also available with calculated shipping costs.

We offer free returns when you opt for Dorai Free Returns + Package Protection program at checkout. For orders that don't include Dorai Package Protection & Free Returns, we'll deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

In the event that your bathroom and kitchen Sink Caddy tray gets stained, it can be cleaned in two ways. For light stains or scuffs, use the included sandpaper to gently rub off any marks. We recommend doing this in a well ventilated area. For more extreme stains, small amounts of white vinegar or hydrogen peroxide will do the trick. You can view our full Care and Cleaning guide here.
