Begin by removing all accessories from the rack and placing them in the dishwasher or washing them by hand with warm, soapy water. Before placing the knife holder in the dishwasher, remove the wooden topper to protect the wood from excess moisture.

Take the stones out of the metal rack. Wet each stone surface and spray it with a mild, liquid-based soap to loosen buildup or residue. Using an abrasive sponge, scrub the surface in circular motions, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Repeat as needed until the stones are clean and refreshed.

For stains or discoloration, dampen the affected area and lightly sand it with medium-grit sandpaper in a well-ventilated space. Wash away any dust to keep the surface smooth and restore the stone’s natural quick-drying properties.

Wipe down the metal rack with a wet cloth to remove water spots or soap residue. Allow the stones to dry completely before placing them back into the rack. Once dry, return all accessories to their positions to keep your Dorai Dish Rack looking clean and performing at its best.
