Bath stone and customer service are great!

Although packaged well, my first bath stone arrived cracked but was quickly replaced with no hassles. The low profile of the bath stone is so much better than a rug for a senior like me - less tripping hazard. It drys so quickly even with more than one person using it back to back. I am looking forward to adding more Dorai products to my home.
