Dish Rack and Dish Rack Bundles are pre-sale items. These are estimated to ship in late October. If your order includes a pre-sale item and an in-stock item, it will be split and arrive in multiple shipments. We will send email updates with shipping timelines as pre-sale items arrive.

The rack is made from powder-coated aluminum and anodized aluminum, so it will not rust.

Our Dish Rack is specifically designed to prevent mold growth. The quick-drying properties of our materials significantly reduce the chances of mold forming. With proper care and maintenance, your dish rack will stay mold-free—but in the rare event mold does appear, we’ve got you covered with our warranty.

We recommend contacting your countertop expert to ensure your countertops are properly sealed and ensure they are safe to use with our TPR feet.

Unfortunately, no. The Dorai Dish Rack is designed with unique features that are not compatible with old accessories.

We ship our products and do our best to reduce our packaging size and carbon footprint. We also understand many customers want to move their dish racks around, and with the added weight of diatomaceous earth, using a lighter-weight metal helps provide this accessibility for individuals of all abilities.
Formability: Aluminum is highly formable, meaning it can be easily shaped and molded into complex shapes. In designing our dish rack, we wanted to create the most ideal form for all hand-washed dishes and not be limited from a manufacturing standpoint.

Aluminum Rack

In a bowl, mix equal parts water and white vinegar. Dip a cloth into the mixture and gently wipe any spots on the rack. We recommend a microfiber cloth for the best results.

Diomat® Stone Base

1. Setting up your Diomat® Stone Base

Slide one Diomat® stone under the main rack and place it on top of the bottom bars. Make sure the curved edge is on the outside of the rack.
Repeat this step with the second stone. The straight edges of the stones should line up in the middle of the rack.

2. Customizing with Accessories

Accessories can be clipped onto either end of the dish rack.
End 1: Align the top and bottom clips on the back of your utensil holder with the rails on either end of the rack. Push them down until you hear a click. Repeat with the knife holder.
End 2: Place the cup holder’s connector hooks over the outer frame, then under the first rod on the dish rack base, and click into place.
