Shipping to Alaska is available, with costs calculated at checkout.

Most orders are processed and shipped out of our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders within the Contiguous US usually take between 2-7 business days to deliver once they leave our warehouse.

Shipping to Canada is also available with calculated shipping costs.

Returns

We offer free returns when you opt for Dorai Free Returns + Package Protection program at checkout. For orders that don't include Dorai Package Protection & Free Returns, we'll deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

In the event that your mat gets stained, it can be cleaned in two ways. For light stains or scuffs, use the included sand paper to gently rub off any marks. We recommend doing this in a well ventilated area. For more extreme stains, small amounts of bleach or hydrogen peroxide will do the trick. You can view our full Care and Cleaning guide here.

A large dish drying mat like ours here at Dorai is invaluable for kitchens needing extra drying space. They’re great for bigger items, which makes them a practical choice for smaller kitchens or for anyone who prefers a clean countertop.

When made from fast-drying materials like diatomaceous earth, they can be highly sanitary. For example, our extra large dish drying mat is designed with Diomat™ technology which prevents moisture buildup to discourage bacteria and mold growth. Regular cleaning will ensure it remains hygienic long term.

Due to its porous nature, marble and other natural stones are sensitive and prone to discoloration or staining, especially when not sealed. We do not guarantee Dorai products like our kitchen and bathroom Sink Caddy on these surfaces. For more information click here.
