Yes! The Dorai Bath Stone™ Mat dries instantly – no more soggy bath rugs beneath your feet. It’s made with a natural material called diatomaceous earth, which contains millions of pores that evaporate moisture in seconds. Our stone bathroom mat ensures your feet and your floor stay dry, and helps prevent the growth of mold and bacteria that traditional bath mats are prone to.

In the event that your mat gets stained, it can be cleaned in two ways. For light stains or scuffs, use the included sand paper to gently rub off any marks. We recommend doing this in a well ventilated area. For more extreme stains, small amounts of bleach or hydrogen peroxide will do the trick. You can view our full Care and Cleaning guide here.

We're glad you asked, we hope this is the last bath mat you ever need to buy. Dorai Bath Stones are meant to be durable, but on rare occasions, they can break with enough force or weight. To prevent this we advise always having the foam pad in place between the floor and the mat.

Diatomaceous earth, known for its highly porous nature, holds up to 150% of its weight in water. So, the simple answer is: The water doesn’t ‘go’ anywhere; instead, it’s absorbed and evaporated swiftly, providing you with a dry, clean surface every time you step out of the bath or shower. These stone bathroom mats are a seamless fusion of modern design and innovative functionality to enhance your bathroom experience and maintain a clean, dry home.

No soggy bath mat!

I first thought the idea of stepping onto a hard surface after a shower would not be "spa" like and maybe a bit uncomfortable. However, there's nothing more gratifying than seeing the water dissipate in a mere minute after stepping onto this stone mat. I love it!

Bath mat stone

I have no issues. As a senior user I feel more stable and less likely to trip with the stone. I have had no issues with the mat slipping. I like how quickly it dries. My first stone arrived broken due to transportation issues. I filed a claim with photos and the product was replaced within hours. Customer service was fantastic.

Better than any other bath mat

This stone bath mat is amazing! I thought the idea sounded great but I was hesitant at first to commit. I am so glad I decided to get one. It is so much better than a traditional bath mat which seems to be wet forever. This is dry almost instantly after stepping on it. I no longer feel the need to dry my feet at all before stepping onto the stone as the water will be gone instantly. It looks very nice, seems durable, and I will never go back to a regular bath mat.
